CRAB PASTA SALAD:
2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
1-1/2 cups imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl. Stir in crab, broccoli, green pepper, tomatoes and onions.
Combining dressing ingredients; pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
CREAMY CRAB SALAD:
1 package (16 oz.) medium shell pasta
1 package (16 oz.) imitation crabmeat, flaked
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons pepper
Leaf lettuce, optional
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add crab, onions, carrot, cucumber and green pepper. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, seasoned salt, vinegar and pepper; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl if desired.

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
mixed salad greens
6 avocado wedges, optional
PREPARATION:
Mix crab meat with diced celery, chopped bell pepper, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Serve over mixed greens with a slice of avocado, if desired.

You need to add some texture to it by putting in diced celery and onions. A bit of lemon pepper also adds to the flavor.

you could add a little old bay or season all salt,a dash of hot sauce, some lemon pepper seasoning and diced onion and celery ooh and diced red pepper yeah :-)
