I don't think you have to do that...I never have...
If you really want to get the seeds out first, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and cut off the ends. Use a spoon and scrape down the center of each piece to remove the seeds.
Good luck!!

The ones as big as your arm are a little too old but you could peel and seed them for this recipe. I've made it twice in the past week. You could use the whole pound of sausage if you want to use the whole box of bow tie pasta. 1/2 lb of sausage, browned (any kind of sausage spiciness to your taste) bow tie pasta, cooked til al-dente 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion chopped, I used a handful of green onions 1 zucchini, coin sliced 1 yellow squash, I didn't have any so used sliced carrots. 15 cherry tomatoes, didn't have any of these either. Saute the sausage and vegetables and garlic til desired tenderness. Add the bow tie pasta. Serve warm and top with parmesan cheese if desired.

You don't remove the seeds, you grind the whole zucchini to add to the batter of the bread

why would you do that? you don't even know where they are in the bread. you grate it on a hand grater.
if you insist on seeding it, cut it lengthwise and run a spoon down the center from one end to the other to remove the seeds.

eecho is correct. Even if the seeds are in the bread, you won't know it after it's cooked.
