I made a quiche about 4 weeks ago and froze it. I've pulled it out and defrosted it. Instead of turning on the oven to warm it up, can I microwave it? It's already cooked, it just may be a little frozen on the inside....

If I toss it in the oven it could take more than 40 minutes to warm up...I don't know if my kids can wait that long after I get home to eat....

Sure why not? It will be a little mushy inside instead of being crispy and warm. What's your taste?

quiche doesn't microwave well, it turns rubbery. But yeah, you can microwave it.
