Right now my breakfast is a large hard boiled egg, a cup of cooked oatmeal, a cup of coffee and some fruit. What modifications to this do you recommend?

I will be meditating for an hour before breakfast and I want to jog for an hour everyday. Should I add more carbs?

I'm in a role reversal marriage where I am the sole breadwinner and my husband stays home and does all the homemaking (cooking and cleaning).

While my husband has done a great job, I admit - I'm getting tired of hamburger helper. He seems challenged to cooking true meals. Can anyone make some suggestions and point me to some recipes that won't overchallenge him.

My roommate doesn't drink everyday, but she does drink 3-4 days out of the week. When she does drink, usually it's only 2-3 drinks (usually beer or wine). Some nights she gets very drunk. Does she have a drinking problem? If so, should I say anything?
