My local grocery store didn't have turkey cutlets, so I need to substitute chicken. But I don't know how thick turkey cutlets usually are. Are they as thin as chicken cutlets?

after expiration? and dairy milk if it sat out of refrig all day would spoil, but soy milk I left out of refrig (by mistake) all day and put back in refrig and it was still good? Why?? More germs in dairy milk? Or maybe lactic acid is the culprit?

Why does sainsburys Be good to yourself range state that a certain meal has 3% less fat -which would be a big sticker showing it, so that its the first thing you see when you are looking at it. then when you look at the back of the product or at the circle label which says to look out for...it then say that there is more fat in it then the stated 3%?

confusing when you dont know what your looking for, so when you see that the meal say 3% fat then you assume that its going to be just as it says? Should I complain or am I reading their products wrong?

I've been bringing the chocolate to 95 F and then dropping it down to 87 F to temper it. My chocolates were coming out perfect for a while. But now I follow the same steps and I get this weird white substance all over the chocolate.

I have a 16 oz. block of cod in my freezer and I was wondering if anyone has a good recipe for me to try. Now I want to make it clear that I know about good online resources to use---like allrecipes.com, recipezaar.com, and foodnetwork.com.
