Yes married to an Italian 20yrs, now divorced, my parents one Mother Spanish. I love Italian cooking especially northern Italian, Tuscany. I vegetarian last two years for my health any interesting recipes would be helpful.

Yes of course I love real genuine none adulterated Italian cuisine! Not interested in the stuff one sees in the supermarkets. Cannot abide that ready made rubbish:- its an insult on us Italians Cara mia!

Hell Yeah!
angel hair pasta, tiramisu, no one does Pollo quite like an Italian restaurant. Sauces tend to be either cream or tomato based. Good use of olive oil and broad green leaf spices in Italian cooking. you've made me hungry now!
Just type whatever you want to cook into google and you will get loads of cool recipes!

As far as I'm concerned, Italian food is the best tasting and best for you...of course, I'm Italian so, perhaps, I'm a wee bit biased:).
If you need recipes, let me know...I have my own, my mother's, my grandmothers...Perhaps I should write a book.

Yes its great so many different pastas etc. I great for my daughter I can hide so many veggies in a tomato sauce she doesn't know she's getting 5 a day in one meal. Then I use the suace on treat night to make healthy but she doesn;t know it pizza.

Italian is too easy isn't it? Just tomatoe based sauces with onion, garlic, and basil etc. Tasty though?!
