Went to Scotland yesterday.
Had a lovely breakfast in the hotel
but when i lifted up the lid that included haggis
i just had to put it right back down again quickly.
What the hell was that?

I'm not an alcoholic but i have a craving for this certain wine(Cava),i dont have it very often but when i start thinking about it i want it so badly and my body aches for it,does this mean i might be on the verge to alcoholism?

We often buy fresh pineapples and cut them into chunks but how do you store them? We tried storing them in plastic containers but they would turn brown in a day or so. Then we tried storing them in salt water and plain water but the sweetness of the pineapples faded and became bland. Some websites say to store the cut pineapple in it's own juice but how do you juice a pineapple enough to cover all the fruit in the container?

I asked a question about what giada used on her show everyday italian. It was a terra cotta clay disk, used in sugar. Thank you for the answers but they weren't specific enough. I went to the website, but don't know the name of the episode or where to search for it. Does anyone know the episode or what the name of these terra cotta disks are actually called? For the past few months I've eliminated sucrose completely. Actually I have eliminated all sweet food from my diet including fruit juice, but excluding fresh fruit.

I want to learn how to cook desserts but what sweeteners are safe to use in place of table sugar? Dextrose? Stevia?
