my brother swears heinken is the best.

please no advise about the dangerous effects of drinking. i already got global warming on that short list.

If you are drinking beer that is ice cold, it had better be a lager (such as Heineken, Bud, Sam Adams - Boston Lager etc..), not an ale, as they are meant to be consumed at a warmer temp. (generally the darker the warmer).


BTW sharan, I wouldn't even consider drinking a pale ale that was colder than 45-48 degrees, you lose all of the malt flavor if it is much colder than that.

Heineken is the second worse after Budweiser. I like Canadian beers. Moose Head and Molson. Molson has a bunch of verities. Molson Canidian, Molson Ice, Molson Golden, Molson Light, Molson Ice XXX.

I agree with your brother,Heineken from the keg. But Bradors' from the bottle, oh man, I just answered a steak preparation question now this too? What next? Who would I like to serve my steak and brew naked??

beer should definely be cold, the colder the better. I prefer imported beer, to domestic; like Stella or Heineken.;however thats all a matter of personal preference.

You need to do a beer tasting. Just like a wine tasting but with folding chairs and buckets to puke in instead of cheese and soft music.

shipyard porter is very good cold, as is smithwicks.

If you are in the czech republic, Velvet is awesome on a hot summer day.
