I've never heard of condensed sugar. Sugar is made by removing the liquid from sap (maple) or juice (cane or beet) until it crystallizes.

Sugar is granules!! Condensed milk is MILK with a heap of sugar oh and its a thick liquid. BOTH Full of SUGAR

I've never heard of it, but maybe its the difference between Granulated and Powdered?
