My answer to everything... Cream of Mushroom!

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken pieces in a 8x8 or 9x13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine a can of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken (or cream of broccoli, cream of asparagus, etc.), a little garlic salt or plain salt, and pepper. If you'd like some veggies, add in some chopped carrots, celery, broccoli, and/or mushrooms. Pour over chicken and bake for about 45-5 minutes. If you'd like, you can top off the dish with some shredded cheese.

This is great over rice! (You can try this with pork chops too.) Enjoy!

get a can or two of Campbell's cream of asparagus soup, there's a recipe for asparagus lemon chicken on it, or on the back of the label.

basically you take your chicken breasts in a Pyrex casserole dish, pour the soup along with half a can of milk , lemon, pepper and pinch of salt, bake it.

it's really great. serve it with rice or mashed potato's. Use the soup as a gravy too.

Preheat oven to 325
cover the bottom of a casserole dish lightly with barbecue sauce, put in your chicken breasts than cover them with BBQ sauce . Cover and cook for 45 minutes or so.

the chicken is so tender it melts in your mouth
(serve with rice, Ceasar salad and garlic bread or... whatever you like)
