I like my steak with salt and pepper. For extra taste: Frank's hot sauce on the side, sometime dijon mustard, sometimes I'll make a mushroom and red wine gravy, or I'll melt a bit of blue cheese on top and have a nice glass of dry red wine with it. Mmmmmm steak!

Love a good steak cooked without anything on it. Medium rare is the most cooked I can go. If it's something like steak tips, marinade them in italian salad dressing. Very good.

I LOVE a good, tender (Black Angus or Rancher's Reserve) Rib Eye Steak, no bone, with Penzeys Chicago Steak Seasoning and Penzeys Shallot Pepper!

Cooked medium.

If it's a good steak you don't need anything except salt and pepper.

I really like mine marinated in bulgogi (Korean BBQ) or just sprinkled with plain old black pepper and topped with a herb butter.
