Is there an internet site to which I can name and shame bad customer service (restaurant, bar, cafe etc) and if not would people use one if there was?
I have been asked to do some customer service training for a council run venue here in Essex and am researching!!

I love the way veg sits nice and neatly on plates in a restuarants....On Sunday, I attempted to do my veg all nice and piled up, evenly cut, etc etc....well, not one of my carrots were the same size......Potatoes, varied in size weight and cooking time..Does anyone have any info of food books which gives basic instructions on how to chop/shape veg professionally, or any web pages dedictated to the art of cutting up veg? I'm 15 and going to rocky point with friends over the weekend of Easter.. They are seniors and 17 /18 I don't want to ruin their trip by having someone have to stay in with me... Will I be able to get into the bars and clubs without ID? Will I be able to drink? I just don't want to end up in some Mexican prison never to be seen or heard from again...lol. and please don't throw a fit because my parents are letting me go at 15... or because I drink at 15.. I just want to know the truth.

He is on a ship overseas and it normally takes about 2 weeks to get a package delivered to him. Do any of the delevery companies do the 2 day delivery thing to a afo address? I am afraid a cake would be stale in 2 weeks. Ithought maybe pound cake and a can of frosting? thanks!

Why must a particular type of alchohol be distilled to guarantee that the yeast does not die and therefore result in a low alchohol content? The whole distilliation process is a bit strange.

Every time I search for coffee cake I get some borring cake that should be eaten with coffee but does not contain coffee. I am after a quick and easy coffee flavoured cake BUT with no walnuts as the birthday boy is allergic and i can not be bothered to buy any. The less ingredients the better.
