He is on a ship overseas and it normally takes about 2 weeks to get a package delivered to him. Do any of the delevery companies do the 2 day delivery thing to a afo address? I am afraid a cake would be stale in 2 weeks. Ithought maybe pound cake and a can of frosting? thanks!

My husband was in Iraq and I sent him a cake and the can of frosting. You can also send cookies. Just make sure it has no frosting or glaze on it and it should be fine.

I would just send him a card or letter with a picture of a birthday cake. You never know if the cake will arrive in one piece or in crumbs.
