Hon, you posted this in the vegetarian and vegan section by accident. We wouldn't know, we are a bunch of lettuce crunchers but if you ask in General food I'm sure the answerers there will be able to tell you. It may be some thing that is cheaper to buy when you get there , so it is worth asking them.

I once carried 1 Kilo of powdered Buttermilk to Lanzarote...over 2 lbs of White Powder in my bag through two British and one Spanish Airports without being Questioned...... Take your 1/4lb of Cooked Ham you should be OK.

just shove it in your suitcase no one checks..
i live in italy and bring local sausages and meats along with corned beef, mushy peas, tea and cheese back home from the UK.
just don't have stuff in your hand luggage. i had marmite and baked beans and the security nazis confiscated them... still sulking after 2 weeks... how i miss marmite
