Is there an internet site to which I can name and shame bad customer service (restaurant, bar, cafe etc) and if not would people use one if there was?
I have been asked to do some customer service training for a council run venue here in Essex and am researching!!

Most places have those comment cards so you can tell them. I did that to Burger King, the idiot cook got my order wrong even though the cashier lady put it on their right. Had I been allergic to pickles they'd be in deep sh*t

I'd say either with the actual company's manager, then the corporate office, then if you STILL get no-where, contact the Better Business Bureau.

nearly every website has a customer complaint service by just punching "contact us" and go on from there//a public one there are several on here just use a search engine

Sounds like a good idea to me, I work in a shop and we get some horrors come in, they are just looking for trouble, majority are ok though.
