A cake is a good idea but, what kind does he like? Is he allergic to some ingredients? Also forget the candles. It can depress him knowing how old he is getting? LOL Now if he is your true Angel, you can make or bake an Angel cake. You can't really go wrong with that..

Have you seen the cakes at tesco that are shaped like a pair of breasts, i got that 1 for my hubby last year we had a good laugh over that 1 he thought it was great and fun my kids too.

Why don't you bake him one instead of buying one? It will seem more sincere if you do that. Anyone can go to the local supermarket or bakery and buy a cake. If you bake him one yourself, he'll know that you were thinking about him enough to spend time on a homemake cake.

Yep get him a cake. If your looking for somthing plain, a iced madera cake or somthing more luxurios try a chocolate cake. For my last birthday i has the chocolate thorntons truffle cake, that is lovely i would recomend that, or alternativly you could bake one yourself?
