Scrambled eggs w/ cheese and a lil hot sauce
2 pieces bacon
1 piece of well done scrapple
All piled high on 2 pieces whole wheat toast and a squirt of ketchup
And a glass of ice blue rasberry koolaid
(i was hungry!)
