How can i make snacks from bread?

They must be healthy, suitable for teenagers on a sports day.

Thanks!

Use whole grain bread and make sandwiches out of low fat turkey or ham, tomatoes, lettuce, any condiments you want, etc. The whole grains are good for them and the lunch meat provides protein that they need after playing sports/exercising.

Other than that, I can't think of anything else to do with bread.

bread isn't a healthy snack really.

I would suggest making some dips and salads, e.g. guacamole, bean salad, low fat coleslaw, that sort of thing, and give them toasted pitta breads to fill. Some sliced meats would also be good to add maybe, for some protein.
