I've started to see this cut in the meat department and would like to determine the grilling time with the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. What cuts is it similar to in terms of texture, density and flavor? Does it require any special treatment for grilling?

Thanks for your help.

I love my OXO swivel peeler. It's so much faster than that cheap Ecko peeler I used for too long.

I'm entering a competition for the 2nd year and need a cool and new idea. I've got a few, but am interested in hearing what people would like to see.

Right now my cake ideas are:
1. Pinata - burro
2. Bubble bath with a mom resting inside (kind of like mother's day cake)

I need help please! Thanks!

If I eat pancakes in the morning, I get all groggy and feel like dying. Then, after this feeling hits, I usually end up in and out of the bathroom several times until about noon, and then I just feel like napping the whole rest of the day. This is especially true if I wake up early (as in a normal hour people should wake up, like between 6am and 9am), because usually I sleep in until about 12pm. Sometimes this happens with waffles and french toast, too, but it's the worst with pancakes. Is it the syrup? Why do I feel like I'm going to die after eating pancakes?

I only had one sour appletini last night and I felt so sick. I came home and when I would lie down the room felt as if it were spinning. I can remember the things I did though. I felt like the 1 hour car ride was 10 minutes though. I came home and I just felt like I was not walking straight and my head was in a fog. I also became sick from only having this one drink. Does it take time to get used to drinking and have a higher tolerance level? I just recently turned 21 in January and I'm tiny I'm only 5'' 110 pounds. Could that be the reason why one drink was enough?
