I would call it Retro B&J's
I would use the original recipe w/o all the extra ingredients that are used in mass distributed and mass produced ice cream.
Today's B&J's ice cream is a shadow of it's former self. It ha become just another corporate product that carries a name that at one point meant something quite different -which is why I no longer buy it.
Take a minute and read the label , Does it read like an all natural premium ice cream to you ?

I would like rich creamy vanilla with ribbons of peanutbutter.
In the 80's another ice cream company (which shall remain nameless) used to sell it but, has cut it from it's list.
I am at a loss for a name, maybe Peanut Butter Hold the Jelly.
