Buttermilk and Health
Buttermilk is more easily digestible than whole milk
Buttermilk is lower in fat than regular milk, because the fat has been removed to make butter. It is also high in potassium, vitamin B12, calcium, and riboflavin as well as a good source of phosphorus.
Those with digestive problems are often advised to drink buttermilk rather than milk, as it is more quickly digested. Buttermilk has more lactic acid than skim milk.
One cup of buttermilk has 99 calories and 2.2 grams of fat, whereas whole milk has 157 calories and 8.9 grams of fat.

I am not sure what (if any) health benefits there are to it, but it is very drinkable. It's extremely rich and just the tiniest bit sweet. You really have to have a taste for it... I think it was consumed much more in the past because it was available food, and food wasn't always "available" if you know what I mean, nothing was wasted!

Yes it is drinkable. An 8 oz glass of butter milk each day or a container of live cultured yogurt help to speed the digestion of fat.

Buttermilk is very good for the stomach.
It coats the stomach with a protective lining and works wonders for those suffering from stomach ulcers.

Try to consider the notion that it may be GROSS to consume "milk" other than consentual "mother's milk". And to realize that it is UNCLEAN/unethical in other words to consume such "animal products".... hope in change.
FIND THE WONDER OF SOY BEVERAGES/kents ... and find the AMAZING RICE beverages.... and such as to say many other PLANT BASED PRODUCTS some of which are on the market to day and some are only in SECRET KITCHENS awaiting the "out break"....
