I only had one sour appletini last night and I felt so sick. I came home and when I would lie down the room felt as if it were spinning. I can remember the things I did though. I felt like the 1 hour car ride was 10 minutes though. I came home and I just felt like I was not walking straight and my head was in a fog. I also became sick from only having this one drink. Does it take time to get used to drinking and have a higher tolerance level? I just recently turned 21 in January and I'm tiny I'm only 5'' 110 pounds. Could that be the reason why one drink was enough?

No I never once got up from the spot I was in and I was with my best friend sitting down at a table. I didn't see the guy pour the drinks though.

cocktails makes most people very sick, because of the ingredients they use in it, i'm guessing that your system was not able to handle the mix of drinks in 1 sole cup, dont take in the wrong way, most people are like you, depending of the mix used your body wont handle it, i would suggest you to go down a notch or two because your body will not get used with cocktails like that, if that cocktail had that effect in you, it means that your system was not able to handle that mix.

it is normal to feel like that, although you must becareful what can be fun may be very harmful for your health.

it may make you pass out completely while driving or anywhere, as well of depending on the amount you take, it can put you in a coma.

You may have a very low tolerance to alcohol. However, one rule to remember when going out as a young lady is to NEVER take a drink you did not see the bartender pour and hand to you. NEVER leave your drink unattended or accessible to anyone but you. What I am getting at is that you may need to consider the possibility that someone may have slipped something in your drink. Just try to remember, did any guys try to talk you up or linger around your table too long? You may know the answer already.

several things could be the problem. First, if you drank it on an empty stomach, it would be quickly absorbed into your system. Second, could someone have laced your drink with a drug? Also, you could be allergic to one of the ingredients in the drink. Any of these could cause the symptoms you describe. If you dont drink plenty of water, before, during, and after drinking, your body gets dehydrated and makes matters worse.

Well, unless you "sour appletini" was very large or very potent it probly shouldn't have had that effect on you.

Where were you drinking, and who were you drinking with?

Did you leave your drink unattended for any period of time?

I think it's likely that someone may have slipped something into your drink hun,

Better watch who you drink with or where.

and never walk away from your glass, people can be scum.

You could have been drugged but if that's not a possibility maybe you a pregnant. If that's not a possibility either and that you never drink, you just might have a low tolerance to alcohol.

Aside from the obvious questions of were you drugged, please consider the question: do you have native American blood in you? Many American Indians lack an enzyme to properly process alcohol in their system. One drink can effect them badly. Some with Eskimo blood also have this problem. It could also be a clue your liver is not functioning properly.

Everyone has a different tolerance for alcohol. It could have been a combination of the sugar and the alcohol that made you woosy.

no... there is nothing wrong with you. Many people have a sort of alergic reation to booze. You will eventually get over it.

I use to have bright red cheeks and a little prickle rash on my arms when I first started.
