Like some of the above answers, V8 is good for you when looking at the vitamins but is LOADED with sodium. They do have a low sodium version but in my opinion, tastes like sh#t. The fruit versions are the same deal only loaded with sugar instead of salt. But if its v8 or soda, i'd pick v8. Keep in mind, when drinking mixed drinks: +sugar/sodium=+hangover.

Depends. If you're talking about the fruit juice, god no. The tomato juice is somewhat good for you, but you should take a close look at the nutrition facts on V8 splash bottles!

V8 is good for you, but the sodium in it is not. They have a low-sodium variety out there.

If I were you, there is a brand called Bolthouse Farms. They sell a tomato/veggie drink that is just like V8, but without all the sodium.

It seems like an easy way to get your veggies. Though you could diversify with some vegetable soups or you can get veggie supplement shakes, which give you all the good things from veggies without that thick V8 taste.

Yes. There is a full serving of fruit and vegetables in V8 Fusion. Try the strawberry banana, it's my favorite.

i agree with tomato guy... v8 is full of vitamins that our bodies need but we sometimes fail to give it. with v8 your getting all you need and don't have to eat all the veggies to get it...its great for the non-veggie lovers...and if you don't like the taste of v8 may i suggest the v8 splash berry or tropical blend. they give you a great fruity taste but all the vitamins of the original v8. if you like the tomato taste the i also suggest the v8 fusion.

Have you checked the sodium content on the can lately? HUGE...V8 would be awesome if it wasn't so full of salt. Make your own...now that would be good for you.

Only the low sodium one. Costco has some new green stuff that looks terrible but is SO great. In cooler section at $5.

Yes, but if you are on a low sodium diet then you need to look for the low sodium bottle.

It's very good for you, primarily because of the cooked tomatoes which contain copious amounts of lycopene
