Sure. I'm making you a Fred sandwich. Famous in El Paso, TX because of a bar in Juarez, Mexico (just across the border) named Fred's that makes them. On a bolillo or french roll, I'm layering mayo, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, sliced ham and swiss cheese. A little salt and pepper. Now I'm slicing it on the diagonal. Is a paper plate ok? And Lay's potato chips on the side. Here you go.
