I'd eat it!
Diner parties where you eat shrimp, then there are left overs, the shrimp stay out on the stove top for many hours because you are too busy entertaining your guests or being entertained by them for that matter. After many hours of fun, (11 pm 12 pm) they leave, you put the left over food away (including the shrimp) you have it the next day for lunch.
I'm pretty sure I have done that many times before ate the left overs and I'm still here! Good sign.
I give it the green flag, but what do I know about shrimp left out too long? Not much

don't listen to tomato, he doesn't know what he's talking about. yes, it's safe. you're safe until around 3 1/2 hours, but as long as you put it back in the fridge, and brought it down out of the temperature danger zone, then yes, you're good to go.
