Shred or mince cabbage, onion, bell pepper, and carrot; set aside.
Mix mayo celery seed, salt, pepper, Italian dressing, and honey; mix well.
Pour over slaw mix; refrigerate for a couple hours.
Stir and toss again (it taste totally different in couple hours than when just made due to all the juices mixing, etc). Never judge coleslaw from when first made. It doesn't taste the same as will in a couple hours.

My gram's coleslaw dressing is the best one I've ever had and it is sooooo easy. It will dress about 1 small head of cabbage with 2 or 3 carrots in it. You can cut the cabbage and carrots any way you like. I chop mine in the food processor, but you can shred it or even use the bag stuff if you want to. The dressing is:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
I have substitued Splenda for the sugar and it come out just as well. Enjoy.

The best coleslaw I ever made was to buy a bag of coleslaw (cabbage and carrots etc.) add 2 chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped onion and then use a bottle of Coleslaw dressing. My Father-in-law just loved it. Make sure you serve it cold.

Hey Guys and Gals...The secret ingredient they never tell you in those Copy Cat recipes is..Horseradish in the dressing....along with the sweet onion, vinegar, and sugar. Also always use a really good mayo..like Hellmans..not that miracle whip stuff...Sherry N
