Does it make sense or is there a way I could perhaps reword the last two sentences so they don't sound so long winded??

Here we go....

Claire B..... and Steven C.... (Full names are on actual)
Are Getting Married On
Saturday 26th July 2008
They would love it if you would be available to join them!
Invitation to follow nearer to the date..

Please be honest. Many thanx. PS. I am British, not that is an excuse for poor grammar!

In order to avoid having all of my bridesmaids look like drones I really wanted they to be able to wear different style dresses. The problem is that I am anal retentive and want them all to be perfectly coordinated (i.e. all the same or very similar color (pink)and fabric in tea or floor length (whichever we choose they would all have to be that length)). Has anyone ever successfully done this? I have been searching for dresses and it doesnt seem like its going to work. Should I just ask them all to wear the same dress? what would you do?

My fiancee had a serious falling out with his mom a few months ago and since then his moms side of the family has decided that since she isn't invited to our wedding that they won't come now and he is really hurt. Its not his fault that his mom did what she did. It was pretty serious and i am not sure what to do. Her and I never got along but I still would have invited her if he had wanted her there.

Out of your experiences ladies, how long did it take you to find your reception locations and was it easy to reserve the area? How early should I be doing this? My wedding date is Feb. 24, 2008.

I found out yesterday that my boyfriend got me an engagement ring (It's a long story). I knew he would be getting one soon, even sooner because I knew he was getting taxes back. He thinks my finger is small (compared to his they are longer and slimmer). He thought maybe a 7. I have never been really big on wearing jewelry, especially rings. I remember getting costume jewelry from Claire's or something that was size 9 or 10. Are they the same as far as measurements? He said that it can be resized for free so it's not bad. Has anyone ever had that happen?

We will have roughly 150 guests, and are looking for a wedding ceremony location near Barclay Towers, 809 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA. A Christian non-denominational location would be best, but we will consider anywhere that would marry a Catholic and a non-denominational Christian. Suggestions are greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

Ok me and my fiancee are planning to get married in October. I have no clue what i should do about his dad and "stepmom". They dont like me. They dont like him living with me. His "stepmom" even called here, kicked him out, got him fired from his job of 9 months, Told him the only reason he is moving in is to get me pregnant! and to top that off, a car he had bought for 850(nice cavalier) which wasnt in his name yet and was at their house for a couple weeks after getting kicked out (cause his dad said he had to have it in his name and license plates befor ehe could move it) THEY SOLD! For 400 just because he supposedly "owed them money!" Well the last time we were over there, they completely ignored me, didnt get so much as a hello not acknowledged at all! They dont support us being together one bit and think he is making a big mistake! i have no clue whether or not to even invite them to the wedding, i want my day to be shared with people who support us. My fiancee feels the same.

I'm planning to give my soon to be wife a surprise on our wedding night by singing to her. Can you help me find some new love songs? I'm already considering (1) I could not ask for more by Edwin McCain, and (2) Memories of Us by Keith Urban. I just want to let my wife feel so special on that night and for that night to last a lifetime.

I am planning a destination wedding for sept 2009. I am only inviting close family and friends. I would like to give them plenty of time to save if they wish to join us. We are paying for both our parrents whole trip. We really dont want anyone else invite to feel pressured into coming if they dont realy want to or cant afford it.so I am not sure on wording. We plan to have a reception for everyone who could not make it when we return. I am not sure whats the best way to let them know as early as I can as It is way to early for formal invatations as you cant book accomodation or flights until 12 months prior.

We are planning ourselves and are being very meticulous so we will not hopefully miss too much but we know if will be crazy at the last minute (Wedding is in the same hotel as reception and we will have approx 200 guests)....How much should we expect tp pay this person for labor per day for two to four days? How do they normally get paid? I know any expenses will be extra of course. Thanks!
