they can actually be pretty pricey. Usually between 200-700 depending on the designer. That's just for a weekend. You can buy a nice and simple dress at David's Bridal for 99 dollars, and if you don't feel like keeping it afterward, you can sell it to a consignment shop. Keep in mind, when you rent, you still have alterations to consider the same as if you were buying the dress.

Buy something at a resonable and affordable price. You can find a great dress within a small budget. Don't rent your dress, make it unique and buy it just for you. It's your special day and even if you don't wear it again, it's a memory you will always have with you, not to mention in all of your lovely pictures!

I would suggest that you look on Ebay at the wedding dresses there. I think that overall, it could be less expensive than renting. Of course, be sure that the seller has lots of positive feedback. Then, if you like, you can sell it on Ebay after your ceremony.

Well although it is cheaper to rent- Wouldnt you rather have your "own" wedding dress to keep? You can buy reasonable priced dresses at bridal shops (Davids Bridal) Always has reasonable dresses. I think you would be much happier if you purchased your own gown! Memories, memories memories!

Don't know. Just buy a cheap, like at David's Bridal. They have some cute dresses. For as low as $99.
