Traditionally everything except the rehearsal dinner. The grooms parents pay for that. But these days generally the bride and groom pay for their own wedding with maybe some help from the from the brides parents.

Traditionally, in a Christian wedding, the parents of the bride paid for everything except the bride's engagement and wedding ring, the bouquet for the bride and boutiniers for the groom's attendants, the clergyman's fee, and the honeymoon.
Many couples who wed today, do not prescribe to "tradition" and choose to contribute a part of each expense. The bride, or bride's parents, still continue to purchase the wedding gown, bridesmaid's gowns, and arrange for the reception. Often the bride and groom, along with their family, contribute to flowers and hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests, including limosine service.
Today's bride and groom have many options. It's your wedding. Do with it what you want.

In old traditional sense, the whole thing, lol. Now-a-days, have the brides' parents write out a check. Either that or make an itemized list. Wedding site, receptional hall, catering/food.

They don't HAVE to. They choose to with the exception of the flowers and the photos. Those are usually left to the grooms parents. A lot of couples choose to pay for their own wedding.

Nothing! Those old traditions have gone out the window. These days, with couples working, they pay for their own wedding according to the budget they can handle.
