There are many different levels of working for you too. Coordinators who are with you for the duration of you planning usually require a certain percentage of what the entire wedding costs. Those with you for the day of the wedding will charge about 400 to 500 dollars for the day.

You may not need to hire a wedding coordinator. Good reception sites will provide a wedding coordinator to you as part of their wedding package. My sister just got married at Stonebridge Country Club in NH and the owner of the club actually acted as the coordinator for the whole event. She also helped my sister plan the wedding reception. It really was great! Total peace of mind for my sister!

we hired just a coordinator just for the day of wedding. And she charge 500 dollars. and if there is extra hours she charge 50$ an hours. I think its very reasonable for our peace of mind.
