They can be either. If the mothers are wearing fabric that may run due to a pin hole, go with the wrist corsages. Check with your mom to see what she wants and do the same for both.

you can do either. but the best bet is to find out what the mothers are wearing. you don't want to get a pin on and the mother wear like a spaghetti strap type dress. or you don't want to get a wrist one and the mother wear a long sleeve dress.

They can be either but my mum has asked for a pin because he wrist one can get annoying, Ask your mother and see what she prefers. Normally they are a bigger version of the button holes.

In my wedding the mothers, and grandmothers had pin on crosages, because the wristlets can get annoying, and they itch.
