Call ahead to the same city hall and arrange for a judge to marry you. It might take some time and you seem to be in a hurry so be patient. You can get both done at once, by the way.

You can do it right there at city hall if you make an appointment with the Mayor or a Justice of the Peace. Or you can ask around if anyone knows a JP, or find one in the yellow pages, and just invite that person to your house to marry you, or ask if you can come to their office. They'll charge you a few bucks for their services, because they do need to file paperwork and stuff.

My first wedding was in a judges chambers.

My second wedding we found a certifcate that allows us to marry ourselves as long as we had 2 witnesses. Best thing ever because we asked our mutual friend to perform the ceremony. Not all states have this, though.

You should probably find yourself a justice of the peace. I think you would go about this by going to your local town hall and they could probably refer you. You can do this when you got o get your marraige licence. Good luck!

i know that, at least in ny, you can just go to city hall and they will marry you (fill out the proper forms, etc). if you want an actual wedding, just a small one, talk to your local rabbi or priest
