Well im gettin married and i have no idea what vows to use there are alot out there to use and i could use alot of help

okay, I am a woman who has been with my man for 11 years, NO BREAKS...eveything is great and we never fight! It's amazing! I know we will be together till the day we die... But I am not the type of woman that cares about getting married and having this ceremony and spending all this money for one day. I figure, "if it isn't broke, why fix it!" I am not a religious person, so i thought that may have a big part in it. But i just don't think a peice of paper is such a big deal! Am I weird? Why do women care so much about doing this? is it to be center of attention?

I just recently got divorced and have no interest in keep my engagement ring. I don't expect to get what was paid for it or even get what it was appraised at, however, I was wondering where I could get the top dollar amount for it, anyone have any ideas?

If I decided to have a small outdoor wedding, on my own land, with only family and close friends (max 20 guests) what should I expect to spend if you don't include the price of the brides dress or any of the clothes (bridesmaid and groom and grooms men) or the rings.
I will need chairs, flowers, someone to perform the ceremony, etc.
I don't have a lot of money to spend, so can anyone tell me about how much I will have to save for a small wedding?

i have a very serious steady relationship with a man for 4 years.I know he really loves me cos although he lives in another city during the week he comes to me as often as he can from 3 to 4 times a week.We live together,he supports me financially,.has opened my own business and always takes me on his trips and holidays.he has even included me in his will!(he doesnt know i know that).Its like were married but not yet.i know for a fact that he sees other girls sometimes for sex and only but if i didnt know it i could never guess cos his feelings only grow strronger for me and getting closer.so i guess not always cheating is bad for the relationship,i think its his personal insecurity and since our relationship isnt affected but is great then i dont care.ehat do u think?

My fiancee and I have decided to get married at city hall and have dinner afterwards at a restaurant we've always wanted to go to but could never otherwise afford. We're inviting our families and a few close friends. I'd like to wear a black dress with a pearl necklace, but have had trouble finding simple, no-frills dresses. I finally found these two from Chadwicks:

The second dress is pictured in brown but also comes in black.

Since we're planning to get married in the fall of 2007, I'll probably need to wear a cardigan.

1. Which dress do you think is more suitable for the occasion?
2. Is there anything wrong with wearing black?

I figure I'd be able to use the dress long after the wedding day has passed and I like a classic look.

I accidentally found my christmas stash and found a travel mug, a planner, and a band t-shirt (I have never worn a band t-shirt). Anyway, I know it's the thought that counts, so I guess I will start wearing band t-shirts and I will take my travel mug everywhere. What did you do when you got a crappy present?

i am 20 and my fiance is 23. i have been in a relationship for the past 2 years, i am gettiin married in 6 months and have been tryin for a baby for the past 11 month, but since we got a lodger in the house we own i have been wondering if i'm actually happy? i love the man i am with, and i can't imagine life without him, sometimes i think how hurt i would be if i think of him with someone else, i love him and want him to be my own, but how do you know? how do you know for sure that he is with you and only you? how do you know that he actually loves you? how do you know that you are right for each other? and how do you know when you have fallen for the right person? it hurts for me to type this but how do you know you are even in love?

I just recently got engaged and have asked three of my closest friends to be my bridesmaids. I am trying to decide what type of dress to pick out for them. I have asked their opinions but they say it is my day and my choice. My question: What type of dress, cut that is, would look best on a woman who is about a 14-16 in size? My maid of honor is about a 10-12 and has a large bust size? I don't want them to feel uncomfortable. What would you suggest? Thanks!!!

I purchased a $3000 3/4 ct diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend in September from a jewelry store chain that is very reputable. Over the last month we've noticed a tiny black mark inside of the diamond, only noticeable from the sides, not on top. We took it back there and the lady said this is a normal characteristic of a real diamond and that sometimes this just happens. It proves the diamond is real. Anyone ever heard of this?

Oh yeah especially on New Years Eve or day? planning to surprize my wife (in spirit only) we were gonna get married 3 years back just a civil ceromony but the license expiered the day before and so we just told everyone we were married cause we did not have the money to pay for another license so we have put it off since then.

that I didn't attend or respond to. (I know, very rude!) However, they are friends of my sister, and I barely know them. Then, I ran into them at a Christmas Open House.
