maximum earrings shops won't be able to settle for a ring after is has been resized because a resizing adjustments the structural integrity of the ring - fantastically if the piece has not person-friendly settings. that is known practice, yet you'll nicely be able to communicate your difficulty with administration. If the ring to procure is a elementary diamond ring with a unmarried prong putting with out extras (like channel set diamonds down the area if the band), you'll nicely be able to describe that at the same time as it may nicely be actual one of their regulations, your particular resizing does not have interfered with the ring's unique architectural structure. you may also ask why you've been not defined that the ring ought to not be again if it replaced into sized. JC Penny must have the regulations reachable. i'm hoping this facilitates and good success with your go back.

Rather than sell the entire ring, have you considered taking the diamond out of the setting and having it reset in a necklace or a cocktail ring? Sell just the setting back to a jeweler (not a pawn shop). A friend of mine did that when she got divorced. She even designed the setting for her new ring. It's unique and quite beautiful!

go to jewelers, not pawn shops. go to several and then u can take the one with the highest offer. if u r selling it out right, they should give u more for it. good luck

Go to a jewlery store and see if they have any interest in buying it. You can try pawning it or go to e-bay.

Sell it in ebay.
It works.
Or have it reset in a necklace instead!
