If you are divorced and pay child support for a child by your ex and you have a child by your new wife, do the child support go by how many kids you have or what? What if you have another child by a different woman? Is the amount based on just the child by the ex?

To be thinking about marriage?
We have been dating for 2 years, I am 26 this year and he is 29. We live together as well.

Should I be telling him that I want to get married in the next 2-3 years.... or should I just sit around and wait forever for him to ask me?
Same deal with children. I am not getting any younger. Should I tell him I want kids soon or do I just grow old and barren?

My dad has been such a jerk to my mom lately. She's getting really sick from her diabetes and stuff and he just doesn't take it seriously. So my mom moved in with me so that I could watch her a little better than my dad would. And then she decided she was leaving him for good. At first I was very supportive, and i still am, but part of me feels bad for my dad. He's 47 years old and is complaining about being lonely and stuff. He's been divorced before and has this divorce coming to him (although it's not even a for sure thing yet), but I just don't want to see him in that house alone for the rest of his life. Should I feel bad for him or what can I do?

My husband suggested that the reason why I ask him, "How do I look" when I put on an outfit is because he has good taste (he's terrible, actually). He actually thinks that all women ask for their husbands' opinions because men have good fashion sense. I think all women do this regardless of their husband's ability. Do you or know any women who never ask their husbands how they look in an outfit?

My husband and I are in the process of selling our house and moving out of town. I'm using this opportunity to purge old and unwanted things, to make the move easier and simplify my life. In going through my stuff, I have found old letters, photos, cards, etc. from ex boyfriends. I hate to throw this away, because I have fond memories of my past (even though I'm very happily married), however I'm not sure how appropriate it is to keep old cards from my exes saying how much they love me or photos of us when we were a couple. Do you think I should throw these things away or just hold on to it for the memories?

When I drink, I get slap happy... and today, I drank and I slapped him across his face. I don't know why I do it. Most of the time I'm just joking around... but now, he is threatening to get out of the relationship if I continue.

I'm female. He is a male. It's not like I severely hurt him and he IS stronger than me. I am in medical school, so he will need my income as well. What is his problem?

Are you staying in or going out?

I'm a single parent and i'm really trying to get my life on track but it is so hard when i don't ever sit down. I can't go out as i pay a lot to daycare already, i work ten hour shifts so my kids live there I don't think that would be good anyways as my divorce is not final and i promised my husband i wouldn't cheat as he did me. Anyway i really need some relaxing ideas or me time ideas so i can recharge without feeling like i'm having a breakdown or going crazy. It's the same thing everyday.

My parents haven't always been like this, but it drives me crazy, I know this isn't right.

It's basically my dad. He makes my mom feel really bad..by always telling her what she is doing wrong, and making her feel stupid. They only get along when it's convenient for HIM.

Some may say it's just a mid-life crisis, but isn't that usually when the mother goes nuts? I feel so bad for her because she just tries to defend herself, and she looks miserable.

I was talking to her and she said that if they got a divorce, they would have to never see each other because he DOES love him, and it would hurt.

My dad isn't a bad person..he just grew up in a different culture and he does things differently. My mom tells me he was not like this when she first met him. He was always patient and happy. Now he is occasionally like that. He is VERY unreasonable and impatient.

They have been married about 20 years.

What can I do about this?

In your opinion is it jealousy or just playing it safe if you feel the need to know where your husband is all the time and who he has talked to?

My aunt is about to file for divorce from my uncle for the 3rd time in about 3 or 4 years. They have been married since 1992 and have a 12 yr old daughter. She has filed for divorce twice before and both times he did the baby i swear i will change bull crap and never does. So now shes divorcing him again. My question is, is there a maximum number of times a person can file before the courts say you cant file no more or they make you get divorced. I heard this some where and was wondering if it was true. Also if it makes a difference...they live in kansas.

I've found 2 pairs of underwear that are definetly not mine-too small and I wear a size 3. Also to mention he's hidden online accounts that I've found facebook bla bla and he's been conversing with girls and lies to me about it, but then he says it was his friend that logged on. Yeah right. I want to bite him where it hurts before i finally make the decision on whether or not I stay.

What is the different between a living will and last will?

2007-12-31 10:11:42 · 2 answers · asked by Anonymous

I assumed my husband & I would do something? We only have $50 until payday (& for those of you suggesting another job, I have an interview day after tomorrow) & my husband is at the bar. Well, I haven't talked to him, but after work whenever he doesn't answer his cell then I know he's at the bar. His excuse for not answering is that it's in his jacket & he didn't have his jacket on. Anyway, should I feel a little hurt by the fact that he's at the bar on New Years Eve & I'm at home w/ the kids doing laundry? By the time he gets home there probably won't be enough money to do anything, but I hate calling him at the bar (since he won't answer his cell) to ask him to come home. What would you do?

Recently, I found out that my husband was emailing old girlfriends. I told him what I knew and asked him for a divorce. Suddenly, he tells me I have never been a good friend to him, I was never there for him etc. Even though he tried to save the marriage and he admitted he was wrong, he never stopped indirectly blaming me for his actions. Why couldn't he just say he was sorry and that he was wrong without blaming me also?

your husband came home from work and not ten minutes thru the door announces he wants to go to the CASINO? .....Did not ask if I cared to go.
(Maybe because I'm 34w4d pregnant and barely getting around seeing as how baby is already estimated to be about 8lbs. 13ozs.)
But then gets an attitude because you don't want him to go.
One of us is being selfish do you think it's me or him?
And why do you think so?

We've been married for over 6 years and been the best of friends for about 11... yet I still get the giggly happy thing when I think of her.
If I could give all of you one thing for this new year it would be to have a babah like mine.

Happy new year everybody.
