A blood test to get a license. Then call a justice of the peace and make an appointment to get married. He will give you the documents and all the stuff you need. Congratulations and good luck

You can go to your local city hall without an appointment. Just take a vaid ID, social security card, your birth certificate, $70.00 (approximately)...and of course your fiancee! Best wishes!

You'll need two witnesses besides the judge. You can either bring family, friends, or just pull two people over 18 off the street. Doesn't matter. But yes, just walk in, get the license, and see the judge. It'll take 5 or 10 minutes max.

Go to city hall with your license and social security card. They may have you fill out information about yourselves and your parents on a computer and then they have you sign some papers and swear before them and all that. No appointment necessary. You may want to look up your local city hall though, each state is different in the marriage license fee's.

Congrats!

In Idaho it took photo I.D. for both of us. Then we had to find a judge that would wed us. This took all of about an hour to be married. It does cost here for the judges time. You also have to be over 18 or have parental consent from those parties that are not.
