Marriage & Divorce - 6 November 2007

We have agreed that no more money will be spent this week, and I found that a purchase was made when I got an auto notice of an overdraft! I am very upset. He's coming to pick me up at 5pm. How should I handle this? Our anniversary is coming up in a month. Do you think he bought it for our anniversary? I don't want to run off the deep end.

i had a ex and he cheated with a co/worker.
i remarried based on the fact that i was very open and this new guy told me cheating is something he would never do.well i dont know if he has but i found out that he was telling me he was working over time and realy he was going out with raunchy co/workers until late in the night.
he left me a year ago but came back 3months later.he is doing it again talking to raunchy girls at work.
my question is how do i heal when he is doing these things still.iwant out but have nowhere to turn.i want to heal is there hope for me.can i get help somewhere for being insecure.i want to laugh and love again.

he asksl me to wait for him.... he says he was coming to be with me....and since makes every excuse to stay home with the ex...he comes over daily for an hour helps around the house and leave for his ex-wifes house....Should I continue to wait for him or should I let him go?

I am mother to a 5 year old daughter and I am pregnant with twins (due 3/08). My ex-husband just came back from Kosovo after 1 1/2 years and expects for me to let my daughter live with him for a year. Our custody agreement gives him every other weekend and 2 weeks out of the summer as far as visitation. I have never had a problem with his picking her up more often but, I have raised my daughter single handed since she was 3 months old. He just expects me to let her stay with him because I have 2 kids on the way. I told him, I am engaged and have a stable home with my fiancee. I explained that I dont need a "break" from my daughter just because I have 2 on the way. I pride myself on being a good mom. How can I get him to understand that he can see her whenever he wants but my letting her live with him for an entire year would not be in her best interest. He admitted that he is suffering from severe depression right now. I have no problem with him keeping her overnight but a year???!!!!

My husband and I have been married almost 10 years. Everything is great but I'm ready to spice up our love life. I know he would go for it also but I have a hard time bringing it up. Sex is still great and we occasionally try new positions but I want to have an experience that I will never forget and want to give him the same thing. I'm wondering if anyone has some advice for me. We don't do "toys" so no suggestions on those please.

this" Q "pertains to my daughters divorce decree, the divorce papers stipulate that my daughter will keep her vehicle & that she pay 1/2,he pay 1/2 of the loan. now 6mos later due to a $ crunch he wants to be relieved of the debt. this is where my Q comes from. he tells her that becuz of his enlistment in the army that she has no recourse in court.(btw )both names are on the title & loan. thanx in advance to all .

I have just finished going through a very very rough time in my career, where I was stressed, nervous, and generally a wreck. That is mostly resolved now, and I would like to think of some way to show my SO how grateful I am to him for being there for me, and being loving and supportive, even though I am sure he was sick to death of hearing about it - he never let on. I am sure that there were times that I haven't been exactly pleasant to be around, but he stayed by me through it.

What are some suggestions of ways or gestures to say, "Thank you - I love you SO much!"

My husband works late hours and I am a stay at home mom of our 2 year old daughter. By the time she goes to bed we are both exhausted and can't leave the house. If you are friends with a couple who you hangout with alot and visit each other, your hubbies work together and all....and a few weeks ago you find out from anotehr source that your hubsand and this other woman or wife got together and kissed and made out once. What would you do? Would you tell the woman you knew? Would you be sure to stop hanging out with them? What would you say or do to your husband knowing that he didn't tell you all this time? He lied to me 8 months ago, about something at work (nothing to do with cheating or other women). He's been very apologetic and patient with me, and has tried to do anything & everything to earn my trust back. He's a good man, calls me 50 times a day from work, lets me check his email and cell phone - but I just can't stop obesessing over the chance of him lying to me again. I had a trust issue before this, but now it's just worse! I think EVERYTHING he says is a lie at this point, and I know that's not fair. How do I knock this off??

My husband and I have been married 3 years. When we got married I already had a child from a previous relationship. We now also have a daughter together. My husband is a very busy man he is in school still and works almost full time. I work part time and try to take care of everything here at home. Since we have been together I have expressed things I would like to do to better myself or feel more complete with some sort of self expression that I enjoy. When I have gone to my husband in the past about things l would like to do he has completely blown me off telling me we don't have the money. He has continued this trend with me asking for simple things like materials for jewelry making and sewing items. I would just like to have something to do other than take care of everyone that I enjoy, since I don't have the time or the means to go back to school. But we always have money for things he wants or enjoys. Video games, concerts, cds. etc. Is he selfish. Any advise?

Ok so right off the bat i have a girlfriend and she has had lots of troubles in her life like an ex bf that killed himself anorexia and emotional parental abuse, im 18 and shes 17 well when we first started dating she told me she was a very serious girl and said if i diddent see myself spending the rest of my life with her i shouldent date her well i liked her alot and we hit it off well but ever scince that night ive agreed to marry her out of pity and because i diddent want to hurt her feelings, so months go by she gets more serious and serious i met her parents and so fourth ya dda yadda and they think i really proposed to her trugh my own will, now shes away at rehab for anorexixfor 2 months and im really considering leaving her its so hard ive been lying thrugh my teeth this whole time all so she wouldent get sad, and when i mention no marriage she goes off gets depressed and claims i dont love her anymore on top of that she wants to convert me into a mormon im in so deep HELP!!!

i have no family other than my wife who i love to bit who is ill and on seroxat and has suicidal tendancies. she has no family other than me. we had our house reposessed 8 months ago and are still being chased for debts so we moved and i have changed our names to hide, just getting sorted and in good job and have now been told job is going no enough business, and i havent paid rent this month or council tak or a couple of other bills, total £1400, i carnt rais any as have no credit rating and have changed names anyway, and have no family to borrow off and nothing worth enough to sell. have planned to end it tomorrow but its hard when wife cuddeled up to me today telling me how much she loves me and how good things are, "only cos i hide it all from her to keep her happy" im not realy any good for her and carnt carry on like this, i even raided her bank account and stole 150 yesterday without her knowing so to pay a bill , she will find out tomorrow questions will start so it ends then.
