My ex-husband opened up at least two joint bank accounts that I never knew about, while we were separated. After racked up credit cards, he had his name removed off the account, claiming it was hurting his credit. So, we were officially divorced 2 weeks ago, and I'm left with the open accounts that I had nothing to do with.

I called the police because the fraud department told me I should make a police statment, and they wouldn't help... they just told me to get an attourney. HELP!

when i was pregnant i didn't want sex. and he would get mad at me. now that i've had the baby and want sex he gets mad that i do want it. is he getting it some where else. like this morning in bed i was playing with him. and he didn't even say or do anything and today i said why don't we lay the kids down and go play and he went and layed ans went to sleep. is he cheating or not attracted to me anymore

Before my wife and I were married she would sign into yahoo chat and no one would ever pop up except her mom or her brother. Now that we are married it seems like when ever she signs in there are a ton of guys sending her messages. I know that these are people she has already had on her friends list and she went thru and deleted them all but I can't help but feel suspicious?

I trust her, but I don't know about them. She has told them that she got married but they still want to give her their number so she can call and they still want to hook up.

My husband and i recently got married. We dated for a little over 2 years, it was a long distance relationship where he would fly once a month. And everything was great. Since we got married however, somethings have dramatically changed. When it comes down to sex, he is either too tired, his back is hurting or something else. However, none of those things are a factor when he decides he is just over frustrated and wants to just masturbate or for me to give him oral sex. it has gotten to the point for i am always accusing him of cheating on me, or not being attracted to me. a couple of months ago i found some text messages on my wifes cell phone. they were under a girls name but were talking about sex. I confronted my wife and she told me that it was this guy that we knew in highschool that i could not stand. she promised that it would never happen again and told me the reason she did it is because i acted like i didn't love her anymore and i never had time for her because i am always at work. well, I just went to dinner with my girlfriend the other night and after that we went and walked around the mall.. first it started at dinner when she asked me if there was anything I wanted to talk about and I hesitated for a moment and she proceeded to ask me if it was a conversation to talk about privately and not around a crowd. then we went to the mall and she told me about a birthday idea that she collected glass dragons and then proceeded to say that she likes things that sparkle... my question, based on these comments, is she hinting that she is ready for an engagement ring?
we will have been dating for 2 years in Feb of 2008 and have talked about children and marriage from time to time in the past.. I love her with all my heart and she knows it. I have the ring but she doesn't know yet. and to answer any questions that may arise, we haven't slept together and we haven't kissed, but we have talked about it.

how do i deal with this verbal abuse? with 2 children in the house I cant just leave i have responsibilties with the house and everything. do i just stay and try to avoid him? my kids see this they have no respect for him. when he is home he plays and fights with them like they are his brothers and sisters. and im the one who has to discipline and make sure homework is done and feel bad we dont get much time for fun time. a milk commercial came on the other day and it showed the mom running outside with the kids and my son says if mom drinks more milk she will go outside and run with us. its so depressing getting called names everyday. the house i grew up in this would never happen....he obviously grew up with his family thinking this is ok.....he totally disrespects his mother like this too!

He pushes me to the limit and once I snap and start going off and going all crazy, he tells me htat he was just playing. The latest fight was maybe 30 minutes ago when I asked him to take me to the store. As we pulled up to the parking lot, he told me he was annoyed. So I told him not to be because I hadn't done anything to him. I told him that Iif I hadn't done anything to him that it wasn't fair for him to act up with me. my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost 10 months. i went to his grandmother's memorial dinner with his family. i've been to family birthdays, weddings, and 3 hours away to meet his grandmother. he asked me to move in with him. recently i pretty much moved all my clothes in and started staying here all the time. we volunteer with the jaycees together. we have 2 dogs, a cat, and a fish.
here's the problems.
1 i love his family - hate his mother, but never told him that.
2 he won't even discuss spending the holidays together. my family is in missouri (we are in illinois). he told me to go spend the holidays with them, but he's not coming because he has his own family. he didn't invite me to spend any time with them during the holidays.
i feel like if we can't figure out a way to compromise and spend time with both of our families... we can never get married and have kids. so if he won't discuss a common ground... is there no room left for us to grow?

My ex-wife used to live on staten island, ny when we were married.
After we got divorced, she moved back in with her parents in brooklyn, ny.

With her new bf (and now 2nd husband), she then moved to Edison NJ and now Freehold, NJ.

I still live on staten island, ny and do not drive, and freehold nj is ALOT farther than edison, nj.

As my divorce decree did not address this situation, can I legally DO something about this???

Can I force her to move back to New York City, or at least, can the courts address this problem, and do i stand a chance to win??


Any help / advice would be real helpful.....

I am married for 1 and a half years now. My husband is very very caring. I like him a lot. But he is not at all interested in sex life. He is very good physically, there are no problems with that. Right from the start we used to have a physical relation ship hardly twice in a month, that too if I cry for it. Otherwise even if i try to seduce he says he is not interested. Now it is hardly a month. This has created a lot of inferiority complex within me and iam just depressed to the core. I have expressed this several times to him, when I get very very depressed and cry in front of him, that is when he tries to do. When my colleagues talk about their sex life I feel like bursting out in tears but Ive never shared my story with anybody. Ive started giving pleasure to myslef now and iam ok with that, but if I think abt him during that I am losing interest and I am forced to think of some imaginary figure. I've been married to him for two years.
I feel trapped and ashamed that my husband hits me.
When I met him he was so gentle and kind...now i feel as if I have done something to change his character or mood.

He has been previously married and has children from this relationship. I know it hasn't been a difficult adjustment for everyone, as I'm orginally from Europe and left my family and my career behind to come to the states to be with him. It was very stressful for me at first...and also for his children.

I think it has taken a toll him, as he has told me on a few occasions that he still has wounds from his previous marriage and because i'm 15 years younger i will never understand the reltaionship he has with his ex and his children. this hurts me as i would like to be there for him, i know i won't undertand everything, i haven't been married and i don't have children. but i can listen. i want him to stop hiting me and kicking me for reasons he won't express in words.

Okay so we've met three times now. Originally met him off myspace. We talked for 5-6 weeks before meeting the first time.
Anyway, I went to him on Thursday night after we talked for like 4 hours. He only lives 8 miles from me. Now, before we met Thursday we did a lot of "sexual" talk. We are both adults and he was talking himself up like how long he could last and blah, blah.
Anyway, I went down on him Thursday night as a "warm up" and he did his thing and COULD NOT get it back up! We tried and tried but he told me he had taken Vicodin. Anyway, I could tell he felt stupid after talking himself up. I left and yeah I was a little disappointed but oh well I like the guy.

I have 3 kids and I work full-time, 60-70 hours a week,12 hours a day. I still manage to keep up with my hair, make-up and nails. I try to look decent atleast...

I have known that I had low to no self esteem for awhile now, but it has gotten worse. My husband left me about a month ago. When we were together my husband didnt show my alot of affection and sometimes wouldnt even want to have sex with me - and that made me feel unattractive and hideous. Even though he would say it wasn't about me, it felt that way. Now he is seeing a woman that is not the least bit attractive...from the craters in her face to her teeth all messed up. That has only made me feel worse.

All my friends tell me that I am beautiful, but thats what friends are supposed to tell you. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my self esteem up?
