the best way to get to this women? She has a daughter (which resulted from him cheating on me before we got married) by my husband who I have two sons by also. We are beyond the situation however, we have had couples counseling and I have forgiven him and he has proven it to be a mistake and we are in a much better point now that we are married. However, this girl continues to use her daughter to try to get close to my husband. She will try to make his visits only be at her house if at all, or will not answer the calls when he tries to go pick her up, she prank calls our phone, gets drunk and wants to argue with me, and always tries to make it about her when my husband has told her he justs wants to take care of the his daughter. She doesnt like that answer and will continue to play games and manipulate the situation. What actions should we take to get the point across that its only about his daughter b/c telling her doesnt seem to work.

I recently found out that a girl that works for my husband has feelings for him and has for a while. He is a manager and she is a waitress.

He and I both found out at the same time from a co-worker that we both know and trust. She told us that this girl has been talking about him with some of the staff and telling them that she has feelings for him. This started about two years ago. Since then he got transferred to another place for about a year and this girl "took it really hard." When we got engaged she found out and was "depressed." Now he's back working with her again (got transferred back). She knows he's married and we just had a baby. She's seen me and seen our child, yet this psycho chick still talks to people about how she has feelings for my husband. What should I do?

We don't have a lot of money, but i think we have a much better chance of winning and getting the whole process done faster if we have a lawyer.

My ex-husband keeps saying that my daughter, he and I should try to live together once again. He has moved to a new town and says that if we start afresh, things may work out this time.

We were married for 13 years and then divorced. We both have not been able to move on.

I live in another state and he is closing on the house where he was living tomorrow. He keeps calling and asking where our daughter's stuff should be sent.

I have booked a ticket for her to come and stay with me. She is in limbo because he says she is not going with him. She is confused and does not want to stay in the same state where they were staying with her grandmother.

In one way, I do want to try and put the family together for both or our sakes and our daughter. I don't like being alone and do miss being part of a family.

In another way, I don't see either of us changing or adjusting.

The correct decision is hard.

My husband is 10 years older than I am, and I am finishing college in my mid-20s. I wear my ring every day, but a couple of things have happened and I have told him about it. First, one of the 20 year-old kids in one of my classes asked me out; I pointed out I was married, he apologized and said he hadn’t seen it. I went home, told my husband immediately… his reaction: “Good for you, that must have made you feel good!” as he high fived me!

Then, the next semester, I got close with the graduate students teaching one of my classes, because I was older and we had things in common. I never flirted with him, we just talked after class, I told him repeatedly about my husband, even about the sports they both liked to watch. On the last day of class, the guy asks me out!! I was mortified, again went home and told my husband, but this time I felt guilty – the guy KNEW I was married… I cried and my husband’s response was to hug me and say: “If you didn’t go, you have nothing to worry about. You can’t control what other people think”.

He didn’t even get mad… am I worrying for no reason? Why doesn’t he care that other men wanting me?

A neighbour came over for a few beers with my husband and I, he and his wife were having a fight. He stayed the night, and when I went downstairs, he grabbed me and kissed me. I didn't push him away. Should I tell my husband? It was just a kiss?!

However, one of his "friends" and his ex-wife have both taken personal property since his passing. (One of them took a bedroom suite, the other a large television set). How do I need to proceed to recover these items. He had no insurance, and I need them to sell to help with funeral expenses.

My husband and I have been married 12 years and have 3 small kids. He's been distant this past year and I recently got on the computer and started flirting. It wasn't anything serious I just wanted to boost my self esteem. Hubby found out and flipped out. He left, has been angry and distant since. Last week he found out he is bipolar, which explains why he was distant. But I told him I was stupid and that I wasn't looking for a relationship with the other guy and the other guy never responded. Probably because I mostly talked about my husband and kids. I love my husband. I want him to stay. But he can't even tell me he loves me anymore. He's always angry at me and fussing me out. This has been going on for a month. I deleted my account immediately that I was contacting the dumb guy from. I never slept with the guy or had cyber and I'm not sure if hubby acting the way he is, is because of bipolar or because of me flirting. I've been hurt and mentally abused. What should I do?

I've just asked my Mum why didn't have a dad like the rest of friends? She said basically it was all my fault! I asked what it was ,that so bad that my dad would leave and never come back? She said to me " You do know that you are half black don't you?" I said "yes of course I do". She then said "well you weren't supposed to be".

My wife an I have been together for 14 years (married for 8). We're having some difficulties in our relationship and have been going to counseling for a year now. There's no cheating or anything aweful. I think we still love each other . . we've just grown apart.

I'm hopeful things will work out, but my big issue is that I feel like I live with a roommate. From my vantage point, my wife does not know how to be a part of an intimate relationship. No touching, no niceties, no closeness. She's never been that way. I guess I know what I was getting, but I find it odd that this is so hard for her to do. She doesn't nurture the relationship/me at all. I'm not looking for her to coddle me . . . but some basic intimacy would be a nice thing to have in our relationship.

What does it mean when someone doesn't want intimacy. I mean . . .. she literally doesn't touch me other than when we have sex. Does it hint at some kind of abuse earlier in her life??? I just don't get it.

I am planning to marry this man as soon as he gets his divorce. I have been involved with him for over a year. We have to wait about 10 more months before he can get a no fault divorce. We don't want to go through a fight in court with depositions and stuff so we are waiting until we can do it by just filing some papers, no-fault.

I am filing my own divorce papers next month for the same reason. I wanted to wait until the two years were up so that it can just be done with paperwork.

His wife still won't acknowledge me. I like her kids (3 and 6)and they know and like me. His parents and I spend time together. My daughter (8) and his kids get along.

Why can't she just accept this? Her husband and I fell in love. He is with me now.

I hate thinking that this will be one of those "who get to go to the wedding" situations. How long will it take her to just accept this?

I put in my 2 week notice at my job last week which is in GA. I am getting married this weekend and moving to DC. The wedding is in Maryland.

I really want to retract my 2 weeks and make it 1 because otherwise I would go to Maryland Friday morning, get married saturday, and return to GA on Monday to finish my last week and get the rest of my things.

I'd really just like to pack up and go. What would you do?

I have never in my life ever thought I could be so weak. How can I love the very same person that inflicts pain in my heart? Dr. Jeckle & Mr. Hyde. At night he beats and degrades me, reminding me of how much he desires to end my life, how I am the one who has him crazy...how I'm the one to blame for his erratic behavior. I cry myself to sleep, only to be awakened to the nightmare once again...now I'm believing that I am worthless. How can I get the courage to believe in myself again?

My ex and I are trying to divorce and I've been told that we can use the same lawyer in NY state as long as the divorce is uncontested...Is this true? Neither one of us is going to object to the divorce and we have no children or assets..it's a clean break so I need to know if we'll each need our own lawyer to represent us?

Met a guy while on vacation, exchanged numbers, called each other a few times. He sounded very interested and flirted with me. Now I am trying to get him to visit me for a weekend to get to know him. He tells me he will see what he can do, then the next time he calls I asked if he is coming to see me and he doesn't even remember the weekend I asked him to come. I told him if he doesn't care to meet me then don't bother calling, cuz he is a stranger to me. He asked me if I was ending this relationship, I said RELATIONSHIP?? there isn't one, I don't even know you. He told me he would see what he can do and he would call me back tomorrow (which was Saturday) its Tuesday - no call! It really makes me angry. He is a grown man just be honest. But don't be a tease on the telephone. Its obvious he was just playing with me. I hate to be rude to him, I am just not that way. Whats something "CIVIL" but blunt that I can say to him if he calls again?
