i have known my bf for 10 years now we started out as friends he was actually dating my cousin who ended up cheatin on him he and i didnt hook up for about 2 years after him and my cuz broke it off we met up out of the blue started talkin and it went on from there anyways he recently asked for my hand in marriage i love him and care about him soooo much however this is the problem i am in new mexico he is in california and he doesnt want to live here i do not want to live there and we cant seem to come up with an in btwn i want to be near my family and he wants to be near his what do we do ?? as far as the proposal he wants me to make a decision i havent answered him yet im not sure

My marriage in on the break of divorce. When we got married almost two years ago, the marriage was not what I had expected. So I have learned to keep my expections very low. My husband never wants to take me out anywhere, all he wants to do is go to work, sleep, eat and on the weekends hand out with his friends or go to the racetrack. I am all for people having freedom and spending time to themsleves, but this has been going on all our marriage. We never have sex anymore. I do have my suspections that he is having an affair or has in the past, but I do not have any proof. Now he goes out and stays out until 12 or 1 in the morning and he states to me that he is at the racetrack. I have talked to him until I am blue in the face. When I do talk to him he falls asleep or he turns the TV up louder to drown me out. I will probably file for divorce. I am a strong woman but I feel like a failure even though I do know this is not my fault. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

My baby is 8 months old, and her daddy is a lying dreamer. I've decided to move out of state to live with family to help me bring a better life for the 2 of us. I've recently discovered some scary websites he was visiting while supposedly 'helping' me pack, which made me kick him out. When she saw him the last time (2 days ago) for 2 hours, she was crying when he was leaving. It broke my heart. He said he was going to be back to visit, but I haven't heard from him since. How do you single mom's cope with the hard times? What helps you get through it? I look at her, and see her looking around for her daddy, and it hurts so bad inside. I never wanted to witness my 8 month old's heart breaking in front of me. How do you deal?

we are still married and together,when i say i messed up i didnt cheat or anything like that.i was a jack*** im grouchy and i dont know why i love my wife with all my heart but im still grouchy and jealous .i dont think she would cheat on me but if i dont straighten up i might lose her forever.please help.quickly.she dont hardly want to talk to me anymore.

OK about 2-3 times a month my husband tells me he is going out. Won't tell me where he is going or who he is going with. I am pretty trusting but he never comes home till the next day! The first few times I just brushed it off. But now when he is getting ready to go I ask if he's going to be home tonight, he always says yes I'll be home in a couple hours. NO, NEXT DAY AT NOON! Why? What is he doing, he has a wife and 2 young children at home why? When he finaly gets home he always tells me he got drunk and slept on the couch at a friends house. What friend I don't know any friends that are not both of our friends. What should I do?

In this scenario there are NO children involved & you've been married less than 5 years.....

1. If you truly loved your spouse, could you have a long standing, very serious emotional & physical affair with a third party?

2. If you were the spouse that was cheated on, and you found out that the cheating spouse had been unfaithful to you in varying degrees more than once, would you end the marriage?

I got divorced and my ex is supposed to refinance the home and pay me $15,000.He can refinance but wants me to sign a quitclaim deed and a disclaimer deed without paying me. The house will go into foreclosure if he doesn't refinance because he is so far behind on the payments but he will not have enough left over to pay me.I need my name off the deed but I also need my $15,000.Will signing the papers void the divorce agreement?Will I still be able to get him to pay me?I can't afford a lawyer nor do I have time to see one.

I was with this girl for about 2.5 years. We broke up about two months ago, and I moved away. 3 weeks later she found out she was pregnant. She had already begun dating someone else, and had sex with him, but it was mine. I decided to come back. She, however, told me later that day that she did not want to get back together with me and was going to continue dating this new guy, and even had sex with him again after knowing she was carrying my child. She is pissed at me partly because when we broke up, I was away for about six days and met someone and it got a little physical (not sex). Our relationship was teetering, but this helped me see that it needed to end. I've been back in the area for three weeks. She has since ended her relationship with that new guy. We were "not seeing other people" but she has since changed that. I am willing to talk about getting back together, but the thought of her having sex with other guys with my child inside makes me crazy. I need some help here!

he gets out in 2 weeks and im a little excited but i've gotten use to being alone and independent i married him while he was there. we were dating for 6 years before he went but we never lived together he can be an a**hole somtimes but we get along most of the time but i honestly think its not gonna work. i really dont know what to expect and im honestly kinda scared of this sudden change ....am i just being paranoid? what should i do? anyone ever been in this type of situation?

have been having an affair with a man for 9 months now. Please do not pass judgement..we fell in love with eachother. No children involved. I left my husband when I started having feelings for this other man, and at that point I knew I could not possibly love my husband if I had feelings for someone else so I left him, because I did not want to cheat. My affair man has been staying in a hotel for the past 2 weeks, he told his wife there was someone else, he wanted a divorce and he loved her but was not in-love with her. I feel sad for her that this is happeneing but; I love him so much my heart says to hang in there. She is begging him to hang in there, she does not want the divorce, and he feels so guilty for being in love with me and divorcing all together. He is out of town for 1 week and he is supposed to have it all figured out when he gets back.. he's not a bad guy, he has never done anything like this before.I am just having a really hard time going though this will he leave?

Specifically, my wife left 12 days ago with no outward warning. Was done while I was at work. There are 2 stepchildren ages 13 & 17. I dont drink, dont cheat and dont hit. I know I was emotionally and verbally abusive in too many ways. I know that she shut herself off emotionally and I missed the signs. The problem other than the fact that I love and miss her is that there is ZERO communication. She is at her mothers and will not answer my calls nor return any text messages. I have already seeked help for getting me right but I want US to get help and be right. What should I do to get her to open the lines of communication with me so that we can save this marriage?

so me and my husband got married this march and didnt tell our parents bc we knew that they proly wouldnt approve bc we were not financially ready. my husband has a serious back injury and he has been out of work for the last 6 months. he feels horrible about it and workers comp is not paying him bc they are saying they need more evidence blah blah. he also cannot get treatment bc of this but he is getting a lawyer and working on it. anyways my mother decided to call him a few days ago and freak out on him like a child. she said he stole me from her and that he should have never married me and that he is taking advantge of me and that he needs to step up and stop being a loser and scremed at him and hung up without letting him get a word in. i am so disgusted she wotn even talk to me or call to apologize. i left her a message telling her i want nothing to do with her anymore . i know sghe does love me but i cant believ she would do this to my husband and me. he is so depressed now

I am a divorced medical professional with no children. I would love to have a child(ren) in my life but don't want to remarry. Can anyone help me with resources to find a way to do this?. I have tried online groups and websites without any luck. Please don't suggest adoption, would rather have my own child. I would love to hear of organizations or professional groups to help me! I am sure there are women out there that feel the same. Also please no "just knock some woman up" suggestions either.

My friend was married 7 yrs. wife quit working when they got married to "work on herself". No children. He owned house before they got married - refinanced a few years ago keeping the title the same. She claims fraud because he didn't put her name on the deed. She is getting $1200/mo. disability (1st time through) for borderline personality disorder that she just started getting right when they separated. She is also getting $1200/mo. from him - in addition she got $24,000 back pay from disability when they separated. Plus he had to pay for her new place--first, last and deposits - he has a crummy, inexperienced attorney. He's only a car salesman - the only thing he has is his house and his atty. seems to think she's entitled to around $75,000 of that (total value $300,000) - HELP - she's borderline psychotic and wasn't diagnosed that until right before they separated - she's violent, manipulative and unfortunately very brilliant (high IQ) and knows how to work the system.

according to family code 2640 , spouse is entitle to recieve down payment made to buy a community property ,can be done that pay during mariage time (for instance refinancing or in a equity loan ) ?
