Yes, but is it a good idea? No, he is just starting to be an adult and needs to get a good education and a good paying job before taking on a big step as marriage.

here in the U.S. yea the legal age is 18. However why would you want to marry at such a young age. Live your youth and have fun. Get married when you're 28

I'm most states---if you are 18 you are a legal adult and can file for a marriage license--you probably can call your local courthouse and see what they require--although being 18 is usually sufficient--hope this helps and good luck!

My husband was 19 when we got married. I think as long as it's legal, you have someone you love and you are willing to take the lifelong journey that it's ok.
