What is the actual wording for the Interrogatory? How is it
asked?

Say....it was orally stated to me on approximately ______, that he would give me (or "gift") the Acura TL since he bought the Porsche. It was never stated that it was a loan or I would have to pay it back. Why would a husband say you have to pay it back anyway? Spouses do not expect reimbursement when they are married. Also, an Interrogatory is a paper document that is served on a person after a legal proceeding is filed with the court. Good luck.

I am a bit perplexed; you ask for assistance with regard to creating a statement yet you said this is in reference to an Interrogative. An Interrogative is a question....like what is asked during a depo (deposition) or when a person is on the witness stand in court. An Interrogative is not a statement.

the fact he bought a porsche is irrielivant - you are doing it again, adding personal in instead of fact, you are pissed about the porsche...

On x date "name" stated I would retain ownership of the Acura TL.
