After he leaves county jail he will go to a reception yard. For him it is Wasco there is no phones there so he will only be able to write letters. If he has no stamps or envelopes someone will give him one and he will write you and give you the address. He could be in the reception yard for two to four months and there is only letters. I suggest when send a letter to him send a money order because what ever money he had on his books will take a while to catch up with him and this will be a faster way for him to buy stamps and things he needs.
Good Luck

Letters take about 4-5 days to get to you. Phone privs start at about week 2 or so, IF he stays out of trouble. short phone calls only..don't waste them arguing.
