is it true that if you are bipolar or something like it that that you can only have supervised visitation in WI. My husband is phycohelia (don't know if that is spelled right) but what it is, is borderline bipolar and border line schizophrenia he likes to hit things and trough things and yell all the time and i don't trust him to be alone with my son at all. he is 9 months old please help me with this can he get any custody or not?

my husband told me he was attracted to me because i was the center of attention, outgoing, and noticed. When we socialize with friends thats me that who I am. I'm loud, fun, outgoing, and beautiful which is what he was initially attracted to, but now he gets mad when I'm the center of attention, or am loud and outgoing. How can something have once attracted him now turn him off?

I currently live with my spouse in Miami...Medium lifestyle, very little chances of ever affording a real home (Home prices are now $400k to $800k) and we are both approaching age 40 and want kinds very bad....However, I just found out that I am medically disadvantaged (extremely low sperm count) and that the likelyhood of natural conception almost impossible. Which means my wife and I will need to look towards alternatives which is IVF or adoption......which both cost alot of money we do not have..............My wife's is spanish and her family is here in Miami...I am originally from Indiana.... and I can double our family income to $150,000, provide financial security by taking new job in my hometown in indianapolis...We own our condo in Miami, and I own my original home back in Indianapolis.My wife doesn't want to think about the possibility to relocate away from her family.....By staying in Miami, I argue we have very little opportunity to make ends meet. What would you do?

future mother in law insists on having real flowers for our wedding....however the flowers i want (orchids) will cost $800+. We, the couple do not want to send that amount on flowers alone, she keeps insisting the issue. Ever since he told me about asking his net friend's phone number, and I disagreed to asking his net friend's phone number and he said you know how much he wants her. He will also get a better idea on who is he is talking to. I am going to stop talking to him for a couple of months that is if i still remember his id and if he wants to talk to me. Do you think he will still talk to me? he doesn't know the reason why I have been offline (aka, ignoring him) for 2 weeks already.

everytime we have a conversation or just a simple talk.or sometimes i ask about a place or a thing or any simple question about himself he always mentioning his ex, his high school sweetheart, his first love.and about that he doesent really care or it doesent matter if he hurt my feelings for keep talking his past including his ex.if i get a little angry or not wanting to talk to him anymore he got mad and me stays quiet for the rest of the day, and then asking me why i change my mood.i told him the reason he said if i am serious he said that he cant talk about his past to me cuz i get mad. i always told him im not comfortale talking about his ex for 6 years, but i guess he really care idont know what to do?our relationship is not healthy thats one of the reason why were fighting,im scared that this relationship that i want to grow and i dont want to give it up. i have my past bf too he died 3 yrs ago but i dont talk too much about him cuz i dont want to hurt him like his doing now.

My husband and i have been together almost 10 years and married for 3 of the ten. Since we've been married my husband has cheated on me at least 4 times that i know of one being three days after we got married. I know i should have left then ,but i just called myself paying him back by sleeping with someone else. His lastest was a girl he worked with .When is enough, enough? why are we madly in love with someone (bf, gf, future spouse) n then after awhile it dies down?

I told my hubby that a few days ago and nothing has changed. NOTHING. We get along really good, no fighting, screaming, yelling. Much like if you had a really nice roomate. I want to know that 2 years ago, I know that my relationship with my wife is going to end up in a divorce court room because she married me for green card and claim for my asset because I have my own business. she black mail me to help her to apply for her green card otherwise she will come after my asset. We have been separated since, I never help her to get her green card but I didn't report her to INS either.
At that time I have transfer most of my asset to my girlfriend's name since me and my girl have a daughter together, now 2 years later if I file for divorce can she still claim for the asset that I gave to my girlfriend as a gift?

I can never get a resolution from him. When he does something wrong and I confront him he will be like, "well you did the same thing 2 years ago." I guess I'm stupid because I had this whole idea in my head that the first year of marriage would be really special. Birthday's, holidays, special times spent together but instead (not even married yet, but soon) by husband to be makes all these plans with his friends for his birthday, mine (all within 1 month after getting married), holidays, and now there's no time left for us and our relationship. we have already been seperated for over a year, i still love him, but we argue toooooo much and insult ea other always. He doesn't want to get back, but he doesn't want to give me a divorce when i tell him. He tells me once in a while he still loves me, but i don't think he does anymore....A divorce is the way i can get over him and feel nothing can hold us together anymore, but our child. A while back, I decided to have an affair. I hooked up with an ex-boyfriend from college and it has been wonderful. My husband does not know about any of this.

My problem is I got pregnant.

When I have sex with my husband, we don't use protection. With my ex, he wears a condom.

The reason I'm concerned that its my ex's baby is that my husband and I have not conceived in seven years - we have never used any sort of birth control.

I don't know if I should tell my husband that the baby is his or have an abortion. Another problem is that my ex is black and my husband is white.

What should I do?

My friends ex-wife gave him their kids and said that she will be back the next day. It has been 4 days now and she still has not came back or even called. Many people including myself has seen her running around. Doesn't seem that she really wants the kids.

How would you like to die if given a choice ? Would it be watching your great great grand son or daughter being born then after you could go. or go in your sleep, or go together with your love one going also, not killing each other of course but dying together, like in that movie can't think of the name of it though. I come back later to tell. I thought about it and I would like to die after making love but at first I thought die right after it happen, hehehehe, but now I changed my mind, I want to die after making love but with my wife also dying together with her, in our sleep, just dying holding each other forever and ever into our after life like we promise when we got married. Lol now just finding someone that wants to marry me. But just think about it, we all going to die, even me , even you, I got lucky I am like Job, I get to live over 500 years but still got to go.
