everytime we have a conversation or just a simple talk.or sometimes i ask about a place or a thing or any simple question about himself he always mentioning his ex, his high school sweetheart, his first love.and about that he doesent really care or it doesent matter if he hurt my feelings for keep talking his past including his ex.if i get a little angry or not wanting to talk to him anymore he got mad and me stays quiet for the rest of the day, and then asking me why i change my mood.i told him the reason he said if i am serious he said that he cant talk about his past to me cuz i get mad. i always told him im not comfortale talking about his ex for 6 years, but i guess he really care idont know what to do?our relationship is not healthy thats one of the reason why were fighting,im scared that this relationship that i want to grow and i dont want to give it up. i have my past bf too he died 3 yrs ago but i dont talk too much about him cuz i dont want to hurt him like his doing now.

OK..i think that you are jumping to conclusions. I still talk to my high school sweetheart (that I was with for 5 years). He is an important part of my life and even though we both have moved on he is still part of my life and any guy that I become serious with needs to if not understand this relationship but AT LEAST ACCEPT it for what it is - a friendship with someone from my PAST. My live-in boyfriend also has a high school girlfriend that he still occasionally talks to and at first I was a little jealous but I spoke to him about it and we came to the agreement that if we are still talking to our ex's that it is all out in the open...it is when the sneaking around starts that I would get upset. If he isn't hiding it then I wouldn't worry too much. Tell him about your hurt feelings regarding your ex-boyfriend's death...it is important that you feel comfortable telling your boyfriend the good and the bad.

he talks about his ex's all the time because he still has feelings for them and is not over them yet. i would take some time apart and tell him to call you when he's over all the ex's. what's the point in staying with him? you're not really in a relationship with him now. basically you're just chasing a guy that is still trying to have a relationship with his ex's by memory.

Im so sorry about your boyfriend that passed away=[!your very strong to even move on to another guy..I think he may have feelings for his ex still..if your relationship is unhealthy i think you should just end it or if anything just get him back by bringing up things about your ex let him know how it feels..
