Marriage & Divorce - 3 May 2007

I will try to make a long story short.....this guy I have been seeing lives 1 1/2 hrs. away. We see each other 2 x a month. We don't have any commitment & I got asked out by another guy & talked to him about it - he said he hadn't been in a relationship for so long, he forgot how & then grudgingly told me I could go. I decided not to but since he never asked, I haven't told him.

Then, because I was insecure, I referred to us as friends w/ benefits & he seemed sort of upset. The truth is, I care about him very much & never saw us as FIB but said that because I figured that's what he was after ( & didn't want to get rejected).

Things have cooled off since then but I am going to see him again today &I don't know if I should come clean & tell him that I wasn't truthful when I acted like he was just a piece of a** or let it go. He seems to not enjoy talking about 'us' (what guy does? :) but I feel like I screwed up. Should I tell him he means more than that to me or will it scare him

My fiancees as of last night is a cancer survivor and I'm having second thoughts because of what his medical history could mean for our future.A lot of people seem to get extremely offended when they hear of someone leaving their spouse after the spouse has been diagnosed with cancer.The story is actually a lot more common than most people thinks.Who are you to judge these people?Can you say for certain you'd stick around during the bad times?

i woke up yesterday really sick before my hubby even left to go to work i had already got sick 7 times. and yet he went ahead and went to work. and left me here to take care of r three kids. so anyway i ended up going to the doc and found out that i have the flu. so yesterday when he got home i was asleep on the couch and he yelled at me for being a sleep on the couch and not up-stairs in r room, but i couldnt sleep in r room up-stairs with r kids here and no-one else to watch them. so as the night went on things got worse, he yelled at me and was saying things like f-u stupid b##ch right in-front of his kids which r 4 and 7. and then r 4 month old needed a bath and he wouldnt even do that for me. and when i told him i was so sick that i felt like i was dying he said "i hope you are" now after all of this i dont know what to do. i am thinking about leaving him. what would u do if your spouse acted this way when u were that sick?

After marriage I had to move to other country. In my country I was a teacher. I likes my job very much. But I found my husband a good guy so at that time I gave more impotrtance to my personal life. After coming to a different country i tried to get involve in some job to keep myself busy but didn't find anything. On the otherhand husband is getting busier day by day. We planned to have baby but husband is so overwhelmed from his work we feel strees and tension and some kind of force to have baby as if we dont want it and somebody is forcing us to have baby. But in reality we want to have my own family. There is nothing to keep myself busy. I don't know how to handle things

i seperated from my ex 6 years ago and never dreamt about him until the last couple of years, in my dreams we reconcile and get back together but we are closer than when we were together the first time and in the dream it feels right, i wake from these dreams sometimes thinking it was real and we are back together until normality kicks in and i realise i was dreaming, these dreams started off as once in a while but they are getting more and more as time goes on, i have had relationships since so i cant understand why im suddenly dreaming of my ex as he wasnt my first love he was like my 7th lol would be good to see what people think!

this is my second marriage and i have 2 boys from my first. My boys are 5 & 9 and they both love my new husband. We have only been married and together for total one year. we married after 8 weeks.Sometimes I think if I didnt have the boys feelings to consider I would leave. me and my husband has been married for 8 yrs one day out of the blue he said he was unhappy i aske hi why he could not give me answer he said he think we need counseol i ask him what is wrong he said the whole married so i said ok a few minutes later he said counseling was not going to help because they are going to tell him what he already know. So i said to him what do we need to do. I said he didn't know so i said give me a couple of months to get on my feet and we will go from here about the marriage. But i did't wait a couple i has started to think if he is unhappy and i can't make him happy i think i neeed to go to get my mind together so i left to go visit my family back home. He call me the next day and said he made a mistake. I said ok . I went back home and he ask me what was i doing here i said to work on our marriage. This is a little personal, so please don't take offense.My husband and I have been married for 7 years now.I can't reach orgasm through penetration, I seem to only reach it with oral stimulation.We are not a typically married couple in the fact that once we married, sex stopped.We usually interact at least 5 times a week if not more.My problem is I cant get mine the normal way,so I kind of expect my spouse to do what is nessissary to please me (oral).He is a slacker in this department he says because I don't perform oral on him, and I usually don't unless I know I am going to be pleased which is usually only once a week compared to his 5-7 orgasms a week. I am presently separated from my husband of 15 years, happier alone and relieved to finally out of a difficult relationship. I have two children and the eldest is adamant I take his father back. He is 14, why does'nt he see his mother is happier now ? I am unable to understand his reaction as he has witnessed lots of incidents that occured.
I am not holding him back from seeing his dad, I am being loving caring and as patient as I can but this behaviour of his is really getting me down.

I married her with her 4 yr old son, the state stepped in and court ordered the the (x boyfriend) to pay $25 a week, he payed little to nothing in the past 15 years. Now the courts have caught up to him, and my wife has got bac together with him and he is going to pay now.

My wife didnt work and I supported the kid as well as my 2 kids for the past 15 years.

she moved out and we are still going through a divorce.

Can i sue for the back child support that she gets? the child is almost 19 now .

My husband & I got our computers from the same man as his fathers real estate company. This company includes my husbands father, mother,&his mothers best friend who is a whiz on the computer. Our computer is not networked with theirs but we have all the same programs. When we have virus updates or things we have to do manually we get the same info from the computer man But in a way it seems that our computer is still tied to them. (Ex. sometimes when filling in my personal info & I double click to automatically pull my name up, his sisters name , who sometimes works there and others, will show up along with mine. She has never been on my computer & I dont think has even ever seen my computer. His family also say things to us which make us even more suspicious. Like maybe out of the blue mentioning websites we have recently visited. They can be a bit nosy but please tell me that it is not possible for our computers to still be tied together & they are invading our privacy in this way.

I think my husband is showing signs of a mid-life crisis. Wanting to spend more time with friends than family,when I ask how was work its always the same that " its work". It doesn't seem like he has the need for physical closeness with me,barely a kiss when he leaves to go to work. He started smoking again after more than 6 mo. quitting,and drinks every weekend.Just got his first tattoo. He refuses to talk about whats going on and if I ask he says he doesn't know...when I say I'm afraid to loose him he doesn't reassure me that it won't happen.Hes never been the cheating type. Is this a mid life crisis or something else? If there is anyone who knows these signs or has experianced them...what was your outcome? How did you handle it? The more answers I get the better.

My partner and I split up last week. It's complicated, as we were together almost 5 years and we have a child together. All through our relationship I have had to deal with his hardcore porn habit (and I mean HARDCORE) and several profiles on dating sites. Each time I have found these he has told me that he doesn't mean to hurt me and that he won't do it again. This time round I found 3 profiles, one of which was put online when I was pregnant, and another that had messages to another woman on the day after I had our daughter (me and baby still in hosp then) that said "I wish I was still in nz, cos you are a stunner".
