Not a good idea! Sometimes, even when you have been dating in real life for a year you don't know everything about each other...but at least you have learned a lot by the one on one time. Ask yourself what you really know about this person? Then remember that people( not all but some) can pretend to be anything they want online and be totally opposite in real life. If you have been talking so long on line and want to get married then why haven't you actually met? This guy could be married for all you know and he may do this with other woman too. Haven't you seen the talk shows where there are men who have several wives and he rips them off? He could have a jail record for all you know. It is not a safe or smart thing to do girl. Better think long and hard on this and I pray you make the right decision which in my viewpoint would be DON'T DO IT!

Marriage is a big and scary step for any couple, but especially so when you have never met in person. With today's internet age I am sure that you aren't the only ones who will be getting married this way. I can only hope for your sake that all works out. Best of luck!

how can you marry and commit to someone that you haven't met yet? try setting up a time and meet the guy first and spend time with him. What if there is no sexual attraction? It's better to know now then be married and no spark
