Okay, I've already asked this question, but I think I was misunderstood. My ex and I have a son together. I've paid $600 a month in child support for almost 10 years. The order was modified over 6 years ago. Since then, I've married and have 2 other children. My wife is a full-time student. My ex has married a military man and lives on base. She pays $0 for housing, food and utilities. I already know I could lower my support based on my income being less than it was 6 years ago also our son now spends 50% with me. Since my ex pays nothing for the basics could that be considered in calculating child support?

To hide money from your spouse during a divorce?Been married 4 yrs hubby has gambling and alchol problems(he gets mad breaks furniture) at present but does not feel he has a problem thus the marriage is failing.We are in alot of debt currently lots of stuff is being charged on credit cards.I have a small stash of about 7,000 dollars in it. If i put it under my parents name can hubby not take it in a divorce?Also how are debts split in a divorce?

Whoo..I'm so hurt right now..but anyhow I met this guy at my gym he was a personal trainer, and basically he asked me out when I intially met him, but I didn't take him up on his offer, so a few months past, and I asked him to join me at starbucks, he told me he was busy, then we put it off and he told me he was too broke, so thogught to myself, okay I'm not messing with tim because he['s flaky, so i see him at the gym about three weeks ago and he asks me out again...and he calls me a few days later and tells me his uncle and close friend died, and that when he sees me at the gym, he'll let me know when we can hang out again..so a few days laster I see him, and he text messages me, asking me "How come i didn't speak to him? And I'm thinking Huh...but you were training? So today,.I just ask him flat out if there is anyone at the current moment that he likes more than a friend" and he tells me that there is and she's his top myspace friend..so i ask him if he likes me more than a frie

and he tells me that "He can't say that he do" and goes on to say he isn't attracted to me in that way, but does say that he does find me to be very good looking and cool, but he just doesn;t see me in that way...so I'm feeling like crap. what should I do?

What did you do to get back at them? Did you think on that plan long and hard or did you do it right away? My husband cheated on me New Year's Eve with an ex-fling and he even had unprotected sex with her. We have lots of problems besides this, but I love him dearly. However, right after it happened I was thinking about finding me somebody to date on the side (not necessarily to have sex with them). I didn't act on that thought at all, but I quickly reminded myself that two wrongs don't make a right and if you love somebody you CAN make the marriage work. I am just curious to hear what others have done.

My boyfriend was wanting to get a divorce from his first ex-wife then she decided to get pregnant, so they divorced after it was born. Anyways, he gets the kid 12-15 days a month (50% of the time). The kid has its room (which she doesn't use b/c she sleeps with my BF) and a bike and everything. Clothes and food provided to her . He also pays the mother $250 month plus copays. But she calls him asking for more and more money every week for something. The kid is in a lot of activities that requires money. The mother is poor, but spends money like it is growing on trees and feels that my BF should pay for half everything, but he already has with the $250/month. He has the kid in his care as much as she does so I don't think she needs to be complaining and be happy and not bother him in this way. I just feel like she has it to easy because the mother has the kid half the time and gets $250 and still wanting more. She only has the kid maybe 4 more days than he does. Is this really fair?

I was pumping breastmilk when my mother in law sat next to me and pulled my shirt up over both my breasts.This was not welcome!She violated my privacy...when she saw I was uncomfy she says,"If you dont want me to look at your t*tties,you can say so." I had them covered!!....I no longer feel comfortable talking to her..she lives out of town..so we don't see her often,but I don't want to be around her anymore either.Hubby says if we comfront her she'll just throw a temper tantrum..but I think that's why she did this so boldly..because she knew we wouldn't say anything because of her anger problem.I feel violated..it's been almost a month and I'm still bothered by it..What should I do?

I have never understood why someone would have an affair. I just didn't get it I thought if you want that then leave the person you are seeing and go for it. Well now I do understand though I have not yet comitted the crime nor have anyone person in mind. I hate to say it like this I feel like such a bad person but I just want to **** someones brains out. I am married and I love my husband very much but our sexual life sucks I tried to talk to him and he doesnt seem to care. I don't want a divorce I love going to do things with him and my daughter I love the time we spend together I just really want a sexually relationship with someone else. I won't do this because I belive in setting proper examples for your children. I have been with my husband for 61/2 years now. I just want to have that fire again. If it wasnt for my daughter I would. Why after always hating people who did this am I thinking of doing this. I make myself sick for wanting this so badly.

I have been married 4 yrs not so happily and have a 3 yr old son(possibly not his). I was just recently married and i cant help but feel insecure because i hardly see my husband because he works and then on his off time either hangs out with his boys or visits my inlaws.....what should i do? I feel like he needs to mature and leave parts of his past behind so that we can start our new life together. i want more time with my husband but i cant help but feel like im the one being selfish.....any advice?

I'm seperated from my husband we were talking and seeing eachother until last night, I dont think he understands marriage is a two person deal, he wants it t be all about him. Plus I'm pregnant, so it will be a three part deal. But people say give it time, but I hate feeling rejected and unwanted. I tried to move back in but the feelings of rejection and unwantedness was to much, my emotions were running high.

When I met my partner 4 years ago, we were both heavy pot users. But due to grow up and maturing a bit, plus a nervous breakdown, I stopped smoking poy over a year ago. My partner is still going strong. He thinks nothing of spending $90-$100 a pop. I had to give him his busfare for the week to get to work and tell him that it has to last as it is all that he can have. He didn't like that, but doesn't seem to understand that if he quit smoking pot we would be much better off. I thought that he would naturally come to the conclusion to give it away, but he hasn't. I do not like him stoned around our children, and I cringe at the thought of him driving our new car that we worked so hard for stoned aswell. I try to talk to him about this and he tells me that I am trying to take away something that he loves. I have resorted to taking out little chunks of bud, so that he doesn't smoke as much. I am at my wits end with this, what do I do?

The other poster was right, when I go to Europe, I don't see beached whales everywhere, sweat pants, over sized t-shirts, bad hair, etc. In Europe, I see women that leave the house looking good and dressed presentable.

To all American women, there is nothing wrong with keeping yourself in order, dressing appropriately and fixing your hair every morning. You should take lessons from the Euro women.
