For many, marriage is there to create babies. And gays cannot create babies (although we tend to ignore those straights that choose not to have babies or couples with infertility problems).

Still, the point is that the ruling party decided who gets equality and who does not, for that is the American Way.

(I know, an extremely cynical view of things)

Okay I'm and not gay and YES I am a christian, and as a christian I know that I am supposed like go against gay/bi/lesbian relationship BUT........... I feel that what you wanna do with your life is your choice. I feel that not EVERYONE on this earth is a christian so we can't just kill everybody with Christianity because that may not be your belief. I don't to much care if you're gay or whatever, but just don't come up to me with that stuff because I don't get down like that. Then about the equality thing. Sure our country is supposed to be about equality, but many groups of people are shunned when it comes to this. Blacks are hurt and killed everyday. We get treated wrongly, and beaten by police, and everything else, but no one seems to care. Women are discriminated against because society seems to value a males opinion to that of a females, but does anyone care? NO again! So equality in America, I'm sorry but I really don't even think it's a dream.

i think of you may desire to take all your question above "extra information," reproduction it, paste it into an email, deliver it to her and tell her you published this question on a internet site to get suggestion. tell her you adore her with all your coronary heart, yet you won't be able to any further in sturdy ethical experience no longer enable her comprehend the way you experience. Now, if this will become a source of argument later, a minimum of she is acquainted with the place you stand. At that factor, each and every time she brings it up and starts to argue, tell her you 2 in basic terms might desire to "comply with disagree." sometimes whilst 2 human beings won't be in a position to agree on an argument, that's in basic terms suitable to no longer communicate it.

I agree. The USA brags that we're the FREE country.
How much freedom do we really have? We make the government more money by visiting our own National Parks!!
They say when taxes are raised, they say how and when a parent is suppose to be turned in for abuse. How many out there were spanked? Now come on, did it kill us? Did we have school massacares then..NO did we have to learn respect YES................but now a child can land their own parents in jail for saying their being beat, when it was just a spanking and human disipline.

I'm NOT gay, but I'd vote for all the gays who wished to love honor and cherish each other all the luck in the world.

Because there are many people that aren't comfortable with sex and definitely not comfortable about two males or females having sex. I am a straight male and I don't have a problem with it. Plus some folks throw this religious spin on the subject as well which is complete crap. People need to mind their own business and worry about themselves. Good luck my friend but this is America the land of the contradiction

Our country is not about equality, it's about the ridc getting richer and forcing our vapid, moral-less ideals andproducts down the throats of the world so we can live easy.

Because marriage is a religious commitment not a state or government law. With out the "holy book" there wouldn't be marriage.
