You know people up to the end of 19th century only took one bath a week and they didn't have tooth paste or brush their teeth regularly either. It is said that aristocrats in those days had poorer hygene than an average person in modern days. So how do you think people lived with it for centuries?

Given all the means available to have good hygene, either the man doesn't care about anybody else or he is happy with his own smell. Either way, he is not taking you into consideration.

They have new mouthwash technology that just came out. I don't have chronic bad breath, but I love to have fresh breath all day long. It comes in 2 pump bottles and you mix them together in a small cup and rinse your mouth in the morning and before bed. It eliminates all bad breath, all day and night. Even gets rid of morning beath. I can't remember the name... I don't have the name of it here at work. I'll check out the name of it when I go home this evening and let you know. I know how you feel about bad breath. I'm the same way...plus body odor too.

Why don't you just offer to give them a bath or shower? I wonder if that's why my wife always wants to wash me? Buy a better toothpaste and mouthwash, why would you be so shallow? Help them out, marriage is about two people working to spend the rest of their lives together.

I would still marry them . I would just try to find away to tell them about the odor problem. I have kinda been in that situation and I did know how to tell them about the problem. Good luck. And if you love them you wont let their problem get into the way with your happiness.

I could not date a person much less marry someone who's breath is so bad I don't like kissing them. Sounds like a hygeine problem, and someone who will not take care of themself is definatley not going to be big on taking care of you.

I couldnt. I know it seems awful for me to say that, but seriously, how can you deal with it?

My husband has the worst breath on the planet, I cant deal with it, it really does hurt the relationship in more ways then one would thing.

If he really is the guy for me, then of course I would. If I truly loved him, I would marry him. Now if that smell gets annoying after we're married I'll do something about it.

Oh, wow, that is a tough one. I would have to say that, yes, I would marry them, but we would look into getting the problem fixed somehow. If there was no way to fix it, then we would have to work out something, like have seperate bedrooms or something!

If someone has chronic bad breath, it usually means that they have neglected their teeth and will incur steep dental bills in the future. I read that in a fortune cookie.
